PURPOSE: An early detection device of paralysis through motion detection detects paralysis in early stages by including a motor disturbance determination unit. CONSTITUTION: A sensing unit (100) detects the motion of at least one left distal end part. The sensing unit detects the motion of at least one right distal end part. A motor disturbance determination unit (200) determines whether or not a difference between the sum of a characteristic value about the left distal end part and the sum of a characteristic value about the right distal end part is more than a reference value. The characteristic value includes the motion characteristic values of the left and right distal end parts. A first communication unit (410) transmits motion information of the left and right distal end parts.
