PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a displayed content to be easily understood.SOLUTION: A management device for managing content displayed on a display surface of a display device is provided that comprises: a reception unit for receiving positional information and identification information on a communication device; a judgment unit for judging whether or not the identification information and the content currently being displayed are related to each other; a determination unit for determining one region in the display surface corresponding to the positional information; and a control unit for causing relevant content related to the content currently being displayed to be displayed in the one region, in the case where the identification information and the content currently being displayed are related to each other. The control unit changes a region where the relevant content is displayed, according to change in the positional information.
