PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a foundation steel pipe allowing a construction method to be freely changed according to the situation of a ground when the foundation steel pipe used in the case of erecting a column body such as an electric pole on the ground is buried in soil, and allowing a rapid reconstruction work to be achieved by reducing materials required for connecting and fixing the foundation steel pipe and the column body; a rotary tool used for the foundation steel pipe; and the construction method thereof.SOLUTION: A plurality of rotary tools become usable by providing a pair of support metal fittings at an upper end of a foundation steel pipe, and a construction method can be changed to the optimum one as needed even midway through construction, that is, immediate burying of a foundation steel pipe by rotating an earth auger according to the situation of a ground, or boring by using a screw auger, or the like. Moreover, the strength and amount of materials required for connecting and fixing the foundation steel pipe and a column body are reduced by using a hanging metal fitting locked to the support metal fitting and transmitting vertical load of the column body to the foundation steel pipe without hindering the burying work of the foundation steel pipe, thus enabling the construction to be rapidly executed. |
