PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power plant testing method which allows a power plant to start promptly and an in-leak location to be identified in a short time and a power plant testing device used to conduct such a test.SOLUTION: The power plant testing device for conducting an in-leak test in a line where steam generated by a steam generation part is moved includes: closing means for closing a line connected to a facility in the power plant from the inside of the facility; and vacuuming means for vacuuming the line closed by the closing means. The facility is a steam condenser or a turbine. |
