PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical effect forming transfer sheet capable of stably realizing lap transfer of a transparent transfer body having the optical effect.SOLUTION: The optical effect forming transfer sheet comprises an uneven structure between an optical effect forming layer 13 and a reflection layer 14, by successively laminating the optical effect forming layer 13, the reflection layer 14 and an adhesive layer 15 constituted of a transparent material, on a transparent base material 11, and is constituted so that the optical effect forming layer 13 is separated from a release treatment surface 12 in transfer, by forming the release treatment surface 12 by releasably treating the base material 11 side of an interface between the base material 11 and the optical effect forming layer 13. |
