PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing that can move a cylindrical roller between a first pocket and a second pocket, can reliably hold the cylindrical roller, and can be sufficiently assembled or disassembled.SOLUTION: A cylindrical roller bearing comprises an inner ring 2 having a trajectory on an outer periphery, an outer ring having a trajectory on an inner periphery, and a retainer 4 for holding a cylindrical roller. The retainer 4 is provided with pockets for holding the cylindrical roller. The pockets include a first pocket 9 on an outer ring side and a second pocket 10 on an inner ring side in a radial direction. The cylindrical roller can move in the radial direction between the first pocket 9 and the second pocket 10. A pocket end face has a bottom part 15 of the first pocket 9, and a bottom part 16 of the second pocket 10, and the second pocket bottom part projects further than the first pocket bottom part inward in a pocket axial direction. |
