PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide route guide information that has a real time property and reliability when a route is searched for in an area where a charging district having a vehicle charged depending on a category of the vehicle exists.SOLUTION: A route guide information providing device consists of a terminal device (a navigation device 20) and a server 30. The server 30 comprises: storage means for storing charge district information indicative of a location on a map of a charge district where an entering object vehicle excluding a specific vehicle is required for paying a charge, and object vehicle information indicative of the specific vehicle or the object vehicle in the charging district; and a server process unit that updates the charging district information and the object vehicle information. The terminal device comprises a terminal process unit. The terminal process unit or the server process unit is configured to search for a route from a current location to a destination with reference to both of the charging district information and the object vehicle information.
