The present invention relates to a method for scheduling polymer production and a scheduling apparatus thereof. The method for scheduling polymer production according to the present invention includes: a production information determining step of determining production information including production situation during a current scheduling period of polymer and production plan during a remaining period of the current scheduling period; a business information determining step of determining business information including sales plan during the remaining period of the polymer and sales potential during a next scheduling period and a next next scheduling period; an ERP step for determining and managing the total stock per grade of resources to produce the polymer and the polymer; a sales information estimation step of estimating initial total stock during the next scheduling period using the production plan during the remaining period and the sales plan during the remaining period; and a scheduling step of scheduling production during the next scheduling period of the polymer by considering the estimated initial total stock, the estimated unit costs of sales and production cost, and the business information. According to the present invention, the method can manage stock efficiently and also reflect value change of the resources and the polymer rapidly, and can optimize sales plan rapidly according to the same change.
