PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant capable of preventing loosening of an abutment for a long period of time despite a simple configuration and, at the time of need, allowing an operator to relatively easily remove the abutment.SOLUTION: A dental implant includes: a fixture 10 having a first internal thread 11; an abutment 20 having a second through-hole 22 communicated to a first through-hole 21, and a second internal thread 23 inside the second through-hole 22; a fastening screw 30 having a first external thread 31 threadedly engaged with the first internal thread; and a loosening-prevention screw 40 pressing the fastening screw 30 by threaded engagement of the second external thread 41 with the second internal thread 23. A pitch Pb of a screw thread of the second external thread 41 is set smaller than a pitch Pa of the screw thread of the first external thread 31. |
