receiving, with a computing arrangement, a specification that forms at least one user purpose specification as caused at least in part by a user; performing a matching or other evaluation process set, between at least a portion of the user purpose specification and at least portions of plural independent stakeholder purpose specifications, specified respectively by plural stakeholders for their resources; displaying or otherwise providing at least a portion of the matching or other evaluation process set result to the user.
