PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform a system operation checking work, by generating minimum data for operating an estimated train rescheduling system, and by creating an environment that can achieve simulation of the train rescheduling with an intuitive operation using a stand-alone PC, even under a complicated train schedule turbulence situation.SOLUTION: A simulator includes: a static constraint logic unit 3004 for setting static constraints such as a delayed arrival and a delayed departure to a delay designation station of a delay designation train on the basis of a planned train schedule of the day based on train delay information inputted through a delay train setting interface; and a dynamic constraint logic unit 3005 for executing constraint transmission processing and dynamic constraint processing based on the static constraints, and for calculating arrival and departure time at all trains and all stations from the first train to any time of the day. A display unit performs line display based on the arrival and departure time at all trains and all stations from the first train to any time of the day calculated by the dynamic constraint logic unit. |
