Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for encoding a DB through data manipulation language (DML) encoding and decoding of a DB network protocol. The apparatus includes: a memory where at least one program is loaded; and at least one processor. The at least one processor processes the steps of: extracting a DML part from a network protocol between a client server and a database management server (DBMS) under the control of the program; and encoding or decoding the DML part according to a type of the DML part. |
