The present invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning a die for manufacturing noodles. The present invention aims to enable the noodles to be uniformly manufactured by removing dough stuck on the die. The apparatus includes: a main body (10) having a cleaning space (12) on an inner side thereof; a driving part (20) which is arranged in the main body (10) and rotates the die (20) inserted in the cleaning space (12) in one direction; a cleaning part (30) which is arranged in the main body (10) and injects cleaning water on the die (2) to clean the die (2); and a pumping part (40) which is arranged on one side of the main body (10) and provides pumping force to enable the cleaning water stored in the cleaning space (12) to be circulated in the cleaning part (30). |
