A coated granulated fertilizer of the invention is to arrange a coated granulated fertilizer of a coating layer on the surface of a granular substance containing fertilizer components, wherein the coating layer is provided wit a resin coating layer of biodegradable resin, and a protection layer which is arranged on the outer side of the resin coating layer and contains an antibacterial agent and a plant hardened oil. The coated granulated fertilizer is excellent in performance, which can inhibit the change of dissolution modes caused by different use scenes. |
