摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a health food using sea algae. More specifically, the method comprises: a raw material mixing step of mixing sea algae, Acer mono sap, birch sap, and unrefined organic sugar; a first fermentation step of fermenting the mixture obtained in the raw material mixing step; a phosphate bamboo salt adding step of adding phosphate bamboo salt to a filtrate obtained by filtering the mixture which has gone through the first fermentation step; and a second fermentation step of fermenting the filtrate which has gone through the phosphate bamboo salt adding step. The health food manufactured by the above steps contains abundant nutrients since sea algae such as sea mustard, kelp, and fusiformis, are used; can alleviate the symptoms of patients with diabetes or hypertension since the sea algae are fermented and made into an enzyme type; and can exhibit an excellent taste and be taken by even the patients with diabetes or hypertension since the unrefined organic sugar and the phosphate bamboo salt are used.
