A light-emitting element provided with a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, a second electrode, and a first resin layer. The light-emitting element is characterized in that the first electrode, the light-emitting layer, and the second electrode are stacked in that order, the first resin layer being formed on at least one of (a) the side of the first electrode opposite the side where the light-emitting layer is formed, and (b) the side of the second electrode opposite the side where the light-emitting layer is formed; and in comprising resin having a glass-transition temperature (Tg) of at least 170°C as measured using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC, temperature-increase speed 20°C/min), and a particle (A) with an average particle diameter of 0.1-5 µm. |
