The instrument has acceleration sensors (10, 12, 14, 16) for detecting a position change of a field of view (23) of an optical sensor (21). An image processing unit (20) is designed such that output signals of the optical sensor and output signals of the acceleration sensors are processed together, so that image information of the optical sensor in different positions of the field of view are combined to form a three-dimensional overall image of an object (8) based on the position of the field of view. A radiation source emits a modulated radiation towards the field of view. The optical sensor is designed as a video sensor. |
