Disclosed are a method for a health checkup using a smart terminal and a system for a health checkup using the same which can prevent security issues and privacy invasions in a health cloud environment, and provide user health analysis data. The method for a health checkup using a smart terminal comprises: periodically storing information on user health on a smart terminal; encrypting the information on user health using a user secrete key on the smart terminal, and transmitting the encrypted information to a cloud server; analyzing the encrypted health information without decryption in the cloud server, generating health analysis data, and transmitting the health analysis data to the smart terminal; and decrypting the health analysis data using the user secrete key on the smart terminal, and displaying the decrypted health analysis data to the outside. By analyzing encrypted health data without decryption in a cloud server, security issues and privacy invasion problems can be solved.
