A cryogenic freezer apparatus capable of multi-operation separately regulates freezing ability of a plurality of freezers. The cryogenic freezer apparatus (10) includes a compressor (12); a plurality of freezers (14); and a gas line (16) connecting the freezers (14) to the compressor (12) in parallel to circulate working gas between each of the freezers (14) and the compressor (12). The gas line (16) includes a flow control valve (54) capable of separately controlling pressure loss of working gas flow in the corresponding freezer (14) among the freezers (14). The flow control valve (54) is installed at the corresponding freezer (14) in series.
