PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer adhesive sheet which has good solvent resistance, surface slidability and curved surface followability.SOLUTION: A multilayer adhesive sheet includes a surface protective layer, a substrate layer, and an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is arranged on one side of the substrate layer, and the surface protective layer is arranged on the other side of the substrate layer. The surface protective layer contains an N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)-insoluble ingredient, and the multilayer adhesive sheet has a maximum stress value in an elongation condition of 0-10% of 0.5 Mpa or greater and 4.0 MPa or less. |
