<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy for calculating a reduced amount of power consumption.SOLUTION: A power consumption monitoring device comprises: a first storage unit which stores first power consumption indicating power consumption of a first lighting of first type by unit time, and second power consumption indicating power consumption of a second lighting of second type of which power consumption is greater than the first lighting, by unit time; a determination unit which determines whether a lighting device lights the first lighting; a totalization unit which totalizes the lighting time of the first lighting being lit within a predetermined time period on the basis of a result made by the determination unit; and a calculation unit which calculates a reduced amount of power consumption within the predetermined time period on the basis of the lighting time totalized by the totalization unit, the first power consumption and the second power consumption.</p> |
