<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-impregnated sheet having excellent thermal conductivity because of the high filling of a filler, and suitably usable for the built-in of a component because of a large thickness. <P>SOLUTION: The resin-impregnated sheet is obtained by impregnating a nonwoven fabric with a resin composition containing 70-95 mass% of the filler, and forming the impregnated product into a B-stage state, and has a thickness of 200-500μm. The nonwoven fabric has a tear strength of≤1,000 mN in the machine direction. Preferably, the nonwoven fabric is formed by using a binder softening and melting at a temperature not higher than 150°C, and formed by using a fiber having a diameter of≤10μm and a length of≤20 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
