<p>According to a method for electrically contacting an object surface (10) by means of a laser beam (14), a support element (17) is arranged at a distance (18) to the surface (10) of the object (12), the side of the support element that is next to the surface (10) of the object (12) carrying an electrically conductive and/or semi-conductive and/or insulating layer, and the focused laser beam (14) is directed onto the support element (17) that is provided with said layer(s) in such a manner that, as a result of the irradiation of the laser beam (14), electrically conductive and/or semi-conductive and/or insulating material is removed from the layer and transferred onto the region of the surface (10) of the object (12) that is to be provided with an electrical contact.</p> |
