<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the contraction of the skin material after mold releasing and obtain the skin material for the seat good in appearance and touch thereof simply by a method wherein each inflated part of a wadding material is forced into and joined with each recessed part formed on the skin material by vacuum forming. CONSTITUTION:The heated skin material 9 is put on the protruded surface 11 of a forming form 2 and is formed by vacuum along the recessed and protruded patterns of the form 2. Subsequently, the wadding material 12 and a wadding cover 13 are arranged on the skin material 9 to pinch and press with a pressing board 8 so that the wadding material 12 is inflated into each recessed part 14 of the skin material 9 and each inflated part 15 is enclosed into each recessed part 14. Subsequently, a high frequency voltage is impressed in between a table 1 and the pressing board 8 to weld the pinched part integrally by fusion.</p> |
