The device (1) has a cartridge housing (3) with a first pipe union (4) or a spray plate (5) with a second pipe union (6) and a hose (7). The hose is more connectable with the first pipe union or the second pipe union. A far clamping sleeve (8) clamps an end region of the hose on outside of the first pipe union or the second pipe union. An inward directed collar embraces a projection of the first pipe union or the second pipe union. The sleeve forms a press ring, which presses the hose against the first or second pipe unions.
