PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for heaping snow higher in such a manner as not to narrow a road by the snow slipped down from the snow heap, capable of solving a problem in a conventional snow removal way in which the snow accumulated on a road is thrown up on the side of the road and heaped high by using a scoop, a snow shovel or the like, but the heaped snow is slipped down from the slope of the snow heap to narrow the road and hinder traffic.SOLUTION: In the device, four composite panels are assembled to form a vertically long hollow square pole. The edges of the composite panels are inserted in grooves of metal fittings and fixed by bolts. Snow is put into the square pole of the composite panels from above, and thus a snow heap with a square pole shape is formed. |
