<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to visually confirm whether a shutter of a developer container has been opened/closed for sure.SOLUTION: A developer container includes: a supply port for supplying developer stored inside toward a developing apparatus; a shutter for opening/closing the supply port; a lever to be connected to the shutter to move the shutter; and a switching mechanism which interlocks with the lever to change display between when the shutter is closed and when it is opened. The switching mechanism includes a drive unit which turns as the lever moves, a band member which travels as the drive unit turns, and a confirmation unit which exposes a part of the band member to the outside.</p> |
