PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron capture therapy system and a mounting stage for neutron capture therapy system capable of suppressing large-sizing of auxiliary facilities.SOLUTION: A neutron capture therapy system 100 comprises: a neutron beam generation unit 10 capable of projecting a neutron beam N; a treatment table 80 configured so as to place a patient S thereon and to be movable relative to the neutron beam generation unit 10; and a collimator 86 for defining an irradiation range of the neutron beam N. The treatment table 80 includes: a foundation part 81; a driving part 82 for moving the foundation part 81; a top plate 83 which is provided on the foundation part 81 so as to place the patient S thereon, and the position of which is adjustable with respect to the foundation part 81; and a collimator fixing part 87 which is fixed to the foundation part 81 and on which the collimator 86 is mounted. A horizontal maximum width of the collimator fixing part 87 is equal to or less than a horizontal maximum width of the foundation part 81.
