Mutually different orders of priority are set to the communication service, and mutually different orders of priority are set to the radio equipment sets 141-144. The communication control unit 11 executes a newly requested communication service through radio equipment having the highest priority order among all radio equipment sets available, when the newly requested communication service has a higher priority order than the communication service currently in execution. |
