PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that effectively and easily detects defects generated at a solar cell such as degradation or abnormality of a cell, disconnection of wiring, and influence of a shade.SOLUTION: The solar battery operation point movement measurement method that detects a change in current voltage characteristics of a solar cell caused by a defect by detecting a change in a current voltage curve by moving a working point of the solar cell by coupling a constant current source in series to the solar cell and simply detects a defect of the solar cell.
