PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file arrangement system capable of reducing a user's labor in considering criteria to arrange a file, a file arrangement method and a program.SOLUTION: An information collection part 251 collects information on each file in a file server 3. A file information summing part 224 generates statistical information prepared by performing statistical analysis to the information collected by the information collection part in a viewpoint of each property for an arrangement object file group 31 indicating files which are an arrangement object in the file server. An arrangement criteria generation part 221 generates arrangement criteria defining a specification of meta information for arranging the file server on the basis of arrangement information 211 associating the arrangement object file group with an arrangement method and the statistical information. A file/arrangement criteria database 226 stores the arrangement criteria generated by the arrangement criteria generation part and the arrangement method in the arrangement information in association with each other. |
