PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a phenol resin composition for rubber compounding, which, when compounded in rubber, can provide a rubber composition having good workability with improved scorch time without lowering a vulcanization rate; a rubber composition obtained by using the phenol resin composition for rubber compounding; and a tire.SOLUTION: The phenol resin composition for rubber compounding includes a first phenol resin (a) and a filler (b), where the filler (b) has a surface coated with the first phenol resin (1). The rubber composition in another embodiment includes the phenol resin composition and rubber, where a content of the first phenol resin (a) is 0.5 mass part or more but 20 mass parts or less relative to 100 mass parts of the rubber. The tire includes the rubber composition. |
