<p>The device (2) has a body (4) movablely mounted along a rigid belay support (3), and a wheel (6) supported and rolled on the support. A locking unit is moved between a locking position in which the body is immobilized on the support and an unlocking position in which the body is mobile along the support. The unit is mounted mobile in rotation on the body around a rotational axis of the wheel. The unit has a stop inserted between the wheel and the support to immobilize the device on the support when a centrifugal clutch device is in an engaged position.</p> |
