The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device in which high resolution can be realized, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate having a red subpixel area, a green subpixel area, a blue subpixel area, and a white subpixel area; a reflection electrode formed on the substrate; a reflection protecting film formed on the substrate having the reflection electrode to cover a side surface and a front surface of the reflection electrode; a first electrode formed to have the thickness varying on the red subpixel area, the green subpixel area, and the blue subpixel area on the substrate having the reflection protecting filim; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and a white organic common layer formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. |
