PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum dust collection and metallic aluminum refinement slag recycling method capable of controlling particle diameters of slag grains, of effectively abating the nitrogen content of the slag grains, of effectively mitigating a phenomenon of the generation of an ammonia gas as a result of the mixing of the slag grains with an aqueous tackifier solution and then the reaction of water and aluminum nitride, of abating cracking and rupturing phenomena of a refractory material blank and a refractory material, and of reducing the preparation cost while finely texturizing the refractory material surface.SOLUTION: An aluminum refinement slag is processed into slag grains. A blank has been formed by mixing, with an aqueous tackifier solution, the slag grains satisfying the condition of the particle diameters of the slag grains is confined to a range of 200 mesh to 400 mesh, a refractory material blank is formed by compressing and fairing the blank; thereafter, a refractory material is formed by sintering, within an operation temperature range of 1050°C to 1450°C, and then gradually cooling the refractory material blank. |
