The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for an offshore wind power structure. More specifically, the manufacturing method for an offshore wind power structure minimizes offshore operations and simplifies preparation processes in manufacturing precast segments configuring a concrete tower which is a material with high strength and high durability to enhance workability.
