The present invention relates to a biopsy device including: a body extending lengthwise; an external needle including a first pipe having a hollow portion therein and a second pipe disposed in parallel to the first pipe, for guiding a hemostasis material, and connected to one side of the body so as to extend lengthwise; an internal needle provided in the first pipe and extending lengthwise; and a sliding unit provided in the body and connected to a distal end of one side of the internal needle, for moving the internal needle forwards and rearwards, wherein the internal needle is moved a predetermined distance from the hollow portion of the first pipe by the sliding unit.
