The present invention relates to a gas discharge shut-off device with a new configuration designed to prevent explosion or a secondary fire by automatically blocking gas discharge from a gas can, extinguishing the flame of a portable gas cooker, and preventing additional pressure increase inside the gas can while the pressure inside the gas can is being increased, and a gas can having the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a gas discharge shut-off device installed in a gas passage inside the gas can as a safety, and a gas can having the same. The gas discharge shut-off device comprises a spring extended in accordance to the pressure and temperature changes; a three-dimensional modeling unit fixated to and parallel to the inner diameter of the point of the gas passage where gas is blocked; and a gas passage opening and closing device connected to one end of the spring, and moves along with the extension of the spring. |
