Disclosed is a manual transmission for a vehicle, in which a magnet is installed at a contact unit between a shift fork and a synchronizer sleeve to enable the shift fork to move the synchronizer sleeve in an axial direction without making a contact by the magnetic force, thereby preventing the shift fork from being worn out and solving the failure and noise problems of the transmission. The manual transmission for a vehicle comprises a main transmission shaft (100); a synchronizer hub (200) which is coupled to the outer circumference of the main transmission shaft (100) by a spline; a synchronizer sleeve (300) which is engaged with an outer circumferential gear unit of the synchronizer hub (200) to be able to move in the axial direction; a speed gear (400) which is arranged at both sides of the synchronizer hub (200) and is mounted to the main transmission shaft (100) to be able to idle; a clutch gear (500) which is pressed on the inner surface of the speed gear (400) to be rotated with the speed gear (400) integrally and is selectively engaged with the synchronizer sleeve (300); and a wear preventing device (700) which is installed at the contact unit (C) between the synchronizer sleeve (300) and the shift fork (600) to enable the shift fork (600) to move the synchronizer sleeve (300) in the axial direction without making a contact of the shift fork (600) by the magnetic force. |
