The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to a novel use of a pharmaceutical composition, comprising an active substance (S)-2-amino-5 guanidinopentanoic acid (S)-2-aminoglutarate for the treatment and prevention of late gestosis forms. The use of the pharmaceutical composition, comprising an active substance (S)-2-amino-5 guanidinopentanoic acid (S)-2-aminoglutarate and, at least, one pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary substance and/or a solvent, for the treatment and prevention of gestosis late forms, wherein the composition administered intravenously first twice a day injecting once 1 dose of 2 g of the active substance during 5-7 days; then the composition is administered orally in a tableted form by 2-3 tablets 2-3 times a day comprising 0,25 g/dose or by 1 tablet 3 times a day comprising 0,75 g/dose. Thus, the claimed invention provides to reduce the rate of late gestosis development, to stop growing gestosis into serious forms, that is to carry out the treatment and prevention of late gestosis forms. |
