PURPOSE: A rapid heating water supply apparatus can supply hot water at a stable rapid heating temperature even when a gap exists between an upper limit for heating amount in the case of using a small number of burners in a silent mode and a lower limit for heating amount in the case of using multitude of burners. CONSTITUTION: A rapid heating water supply apparatus is provided with burner group, combustion device and mixer. Said combustion device comprises a combustion fan sending air for combustion to the burner group, and heats warm water. Said mixer mixes low-temperature water from waterworks and high-temperature water from a hot water storage tank to control temperatures, and supplies warm water with the temperature controlled to the combustion device. Said rapid heating water supply apparatus limits the range of heating amount at the combustion device so as to prevent the number of revolution of the combustion fan exceeding a given upper limit value when a silent mode is selected. Based on a limited range of heating amount, set temperature for the rapid heating water supply apparatus, and the quantity of the rapid heating water supply apparatuses, said rapid heating water supply apparatus adjusts the temperatures of the warm water sent from the mixer to the combustion device.
