Disclosed is a method for producing bacterial cellulose using a Gluconacetobacter sp. KCG326 strain. Specifically, a method for producing bacterial cellulose disclosed in the present invention can increase production yield of the bacterial cellulose by Gluconacetobacter sp. KCG326 strain using sucrose as a carbon source and yeast extract or soytone as a nitrogen source. |
