The disclosure relates to the use of an inhaled composition in a manufacture of a medicament for a treatment of at least one of asthma and obstructive respiratory disorder. The inhaled composition comprises an effective amount of a beta-2 agonist and an effective amount of a corticosteroid. The medicament is used at a time at least one of just before sleeping and just after waking up. The beta-2 agonist may be Procaterol HCl and the corticosteroid may be Budesonide.
