PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a period for stopping a start-up of a boiler soot blower due to inspection of a lance tube. ! SOLUTION: A pressing force is added from a direction crossing with an axial direction of a lance tube 101 in the case that a degree of bending of the lance tube 101 held under a state in which at least a part of it is being fixed exceeds a prescribed specific value. With this arrangement as above, as compared with the prior art method in which the lance tube 101 curved over a prescribed specific value is replaced with a new lance tube 101, it is possible to shorten a period for stopping a start-up of a boiler soot blower due to inspection of the lance tube 101. !
