FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: light-redistributing coating contains as a film-forming base tetraethoxysilane, ethyl alcohol and hydrochloric acid. The film-forming solution used to obtain the coating further contains erbium chloride crystalline hydrate, with the following ratio of components, wt %: tetraethoxysilane 3.56-4.74, erbium chloride crystalline hydrate 5.32-6.63, hydrochloric acid 0.01, 96% ethyl alcohol - the balance.
