<p>The method involves punching a non-metallic joining partner (1) before or during joining process. An unpunched metallic joining partner (2) is pressed with a stamp (5) through a hole into the non-metallic joining partner. A mechanical clamping between the metallic joining partner and a support element (3) e.g. metal disk, is formed by impression of the stamp into a recess (8) in a counter-stamp (6). The non-metallic joining partner is clamped as an intermediate joining partner between the metallic joining partner and the support element. The joining partner made of plastic, fiber reinforced plastic, fiber composite material, wood, paper composite, cardboard, glass, ceramic and textile is formed as the non-metallic joining partner. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a hybrid composite material (2) a device for producing hybrid composite material from flat joining partners.</p> |
