<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate a degree of extraordinary stay in a place of sojourn by taking account of action history of a user.SOLUTION: An extraordinary degree calculation device is configured to: generate stay history information representing a place of sojourn of a user on the basis of a position information group representing moving history of the user acquired from a portable terminal; calculate a stay frequency and a distance from a hub for each place of sojourn on the basis of the stay history information; and calculate, on each of a plurality of sections divided according to a distance from the hub, a distance between places of sojourn present in the section as information corresponding to a difference in a direction of each place of sojourn viewed from the hub. The extraordinary degree calculation device calculates an extraordinary degree representing rarity in which the user visits a place of sojourn for each place of sojourn, on the basis of the calculated stay frequency, a distance from the hub, and a difference in the direction of the place of sojourn.</p> |
