PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of effectively releasing heat of a wall body heated by using natural convection of air.SOLUTION: A fixed structure 2 has: a side wall 11 for receiving heat emitted from a reactor pressure vessel; a baffle wall 22 provided at the outer side from the side wall 11 in radial direction so that an air passage 30 where the air can flow is formed between the baffle wall 22 and the side wall 11; heat receiving members 40 and 45 extending along the side wall 11 in the air passage 30 and facing the side wall 11 which can receive heat emitted from the side wall 11. Radiation heat emitted from the side wall 11 is received by the heat receiving members 40 and 45 and released into the air flowing through the air passage 30.
