An embodiment of the present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for controlling a work machine of a work vehicle. The apparatus for controlling a work machine of a work vehicle provided by the present invention measures the speed of the work vehicle, converts an input signal of a joystick into output electric current for control of a proportional valve (P/V), in order to operate the work machine (for example, a boom and a bucket), and quickens or delays a terminating time point or an operation time point of the work machine by comparing the speed of the work vehicle with a reference speed, thereby controlling an impact applied to the work vehicle. |
