PURPOSE: A reforming catalyst, and synthetic gas production method and producing reactor using the same are provided to offer the excellent resistance against carbon deposit when producing synthetic gas formed of hydrogen and carbon monoxide from natural gas or methane. CONSTITUTION: A reforming catalyst contains a carrier denoted by chemical formula 1, and a metallic composite body which is contained in the carrier and is denoted by chemical formula 2. In the chemical formula 1 and 2: y is the content of MgO from the total amount of the carrier which is 15-35 parts by weight for 100 parts by weight of the carrier; and l, m, and n are the contents of Ni, Ce, and Co in the reforming catalyst, which are 3-20 parts by weight, 0-15 parts by weight, and 0-7 parts by weight, respectively. |
